The Origin of Kombucha

The initial image of this drink takes us back to the beginnings of eastern civilizations. Entitled as tea of ​​immortality or elixir of life, this drink has always been associated with natural processes, vital and rejuvenating powers. Legend has it that Dr. Kombu took the drink to Japan and used it to recover their emperor. Being the drink made from the fermentation of tea (the phonetics of the word, in most eastern countries, is the same) it came to be commonly called Kombu Cha. The culture of kombucha has spread throughout the world as an element of healing and, more recently, as a naturally healthy drink associated with a complete and balanced lifestyle.
